ORDERING PROCESS
You can purchase using four different methods:
1. Online - Credit Cards
When you have selected your products through the shopping cart, you can make your purchase via our secure online facility. We accept all the major credit card types (see below).
2. Online - PayPal & PayPal Express
When you have selected your products through the shopping cart, you can make your purchase via PayPal which is integrated into the shopping cart.
3. Telephone
Purchases can be made over the telephone. Please call 0845 643 5771 to purchase products directly from us (09:00 - 17:00 / mon-fri). For purchases requested outside these hours, please leave details and one of our team will call you back on the next working day.
4. Post
If you prefer, you can post a request for goods. On receipt and clearance of enclosed cheque, goods will be dispatched.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
We accept all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, American Express and Solo debit cards). We also include a PayPal purchase option for those that prefer to use it. After confirmation, goods are immediately 'set for dispatch'. For courier and 1st-class dispatch, orders should be received on the next working day, for 2nd-class deliveries - two working days and for 'standard parcels' - three to four working days from the time the order was placed.
SECURITY
Your safety is always guaranteed and is never compromised because QuasarSecurity.com uses only the latest online security systems and technology. We protect your details when you shop with us.
SECURE PAGES are indicated by:
1. Looking at the Web Address
Web address prefix changes from from http:// to https:// which signifies that details are taken through an encrypted and secure 128-bit SSL capability. This means that when you place your order and details, you can be confident in the knowledge that only we are able to decrypt the order-process information thereby enabling completion of the transaction
2. Looking for the Padlock Symbol
A 'padlock' symbol (or key) at the bottom of the web page (right-hand status bar) will additionally indicate that you are in an encrypted domain.
3. Data Protection
We do not retain card information in any form whatsoever so you can rest assured that your details will be used once and only once for the products you have requested.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
QuasarSecurity.com uses both a dedicated delivery service PROVIDER (FedEx) and the Royal Mail (1st, 2nd Class & 'Standard Parcels') to deliver orders. For orders greater than 2kg, these will automatically dispatched using FedEx. All orders are processed/scheduled for dispatch within 24 hours (weekdays) from time of purchase. Purchases made before 10:30 are normally dispatched on the same day.
FREE POSTAGE
For orders over £100.00, QuasarSecurity.com will waive dispatch fee, that is, we will pay for the dispatch of your purchases. This applies only to multiple items purchased in a single shopping cart session and only for UK Customers (excluding postal codes JE, GY, ZE, BT, IM, KW, IV and HS)
INTERNATIONAL
QuasarSecurity.com is able to dispatch to non-UK destinations. For details, please contact us directly by phone or email for a quote.
CONSIGNMENTS
Multiple item puchases may be delivered as separate consignments but will not affect the stated postage cost.
NON-MAINLAND POSTCODES
For customers with postcodes JE, GY, ZE, BT, IM, KW, IV and HS, we dispatch via Royal Mail. Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Public holidays do not count as a working or business days, so for orders made on such days, please note that they will be dispatched on the next full working day.
POST BOXES
We are unable to deliver to Post Box numbers.
COMPLAINTS
Without you, we wouldn't exist, so we owe it to our customers to provide an exemplary service. Your emails and communications are vital to us and we take all queries, both positive and negative (Yes, it can happen!) very seriously. We aim to respond to all queries within the working day, so don't be shy, if there is something you would care to mention to us, please do so. If you feel that there is something you are not happy with and you wish to contact us, please e-mail sales@QuasarSecurity.com. We will respond to your email within the working day. RETURNS POLICY
Obviously QuasarSecurity.com makes every effort to ensure that items are described accurately on our website. We go to an awful lot of trouble and effort to describe our products accurately and succintly. QuasarSecurity.com conforms to the current Distance Selling Regulations (DSR 2000) as defined by the Office of Fair Trading.
1. Items Purchased in Error
For items purchased by the customer in error, provided the items have been received by QuasarSecurity.com in a sellable state (that is the packaging undamaged and the item unmarked or unblemished), we will refund the cost of the purchased items, minus the delivery charges (the cost of returning the items back to QuasarSecurity.com will be paid by the customer). This applies for a period of 30 days from the day of dispatch. Please contact us before you dispatch or return items to us as we will advise how to send the item back to us.
2. Faulty Goods
Occasionally, purchased items just don't seem to work correctly. This may be a user problem or it may be something more involved. In the first instance, please contact us as often a phone call and some help is enough to resolve the problem.
If you have received an item from us which is faulty, please contact us by telephone (on 0845 643 5771) or email us at info@QuasarSecurity.com to inform us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first and we will advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
3. Unwanted Goods
If you return the product (having taken care of it as described above) within 30 days of the dispatch date, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product minus the delivery charges. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by telephone (on 0845 643 5771) or email (sales@QuasarSecurity.com) to inform us of your intention to return the goods. We will advise you how to send the item back to us.

4. Responsibility
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
